What is the one thing Realtors ® tell their buyers to consider above all other things? We've all heard it: "Location, Location, LOCATION". Deciding on and finding the perfect location for you can be difficult, especially if you are moving to a new area you are not familiar with.  In this blog series I will be highlighting many of the neighborhoods in the areas I serve. Castlegate II neighborhood is located in South College Station between William D Fitch (Hwy 40) and Greens Prairie Rd. Some current facts about this neighborhood (as of 4/19/2018). * Children attend Forest Ridge Elementary, Pecan Trail Intermediate, College Station Middle School and College Station High School.
