Shenandoah (College Station, TX)
Shenandoah is a College Station neighborhood located just South of Barron Rd and just West of Highway 6. Shenandoah has great access to shopping and entertainment as well as quick and easy access to Highway 6. The Shenandoah subdivision has a community pool with splash pad. A Community Rec Center is right next to the pool and great place to host meetings, parties and other events right next to the swimming pool. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and playground next to the Pool and Rec Center. There is a City of College Station park located in the Shenandoah subdivision. Southern Oaks Park offers a jogging/walking trail, disk golf, a playground and picnic areas. The homeowner's association offers community events such as National Night Out and other events encouraging neighbor involvement and interaction.
