Shenandoah (College Station, TX)
Shenandoah is a College Station neighborhood located just South of Barron Rd and just West of Highway 6. Shenandoah has great access to shopping and entertainment as well as quick and easy access to Highway 6.
The Shenandoah subdivision has a community pool with splash pad. A Community Rec Center is right next to the pool and great place to host meetings, parties and other events right next to the swimming pool. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and playground next to the Pool and Rec Center.
There is a City of College Station park located in the Shenandoah subdivision. Southern Oaks Park offers a jogging/walking trail, disk golf, a playground and picnic areas.

Homes in Shenandoah range widely in size; you can find homes as small as 1,400 square feet up to larger than 2,600 square feet. The average home price can vary quite a bit in this area as well, depending on the level of upgrades that have been done to the home. The current average home price is about $224,000 ($122/sq.ft.) with the high being $138/sq.ft. and the low being $98/sq.ft. over the last 6 months. Homes in this neighborhood were built any time between the mid 1980s and 2016 which leads to a variety of home styles and updates.
